About the site

The résumé, case studies and articles here describe my work and experience and are for information only. Case studies describe past work; details may be simplified, and client names are used only to describe that work.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. I may suspend or close accounts used to abuse the site or other people.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account.

Purchases

• Prices are in US dollars. Checkout is currently available to customers in the United States.
• Scripts are licensed, not sold. Your license, updates (12 months included), support and refunds (14 days, no questions asked) are covered by the License & refund terms, which are part of these terms.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload or disrupt it, no automated scraping of content or accounts, no spam through the forms, and nothing illegal.

Content and ownership

The site's text, design and images belong to Garrick Plaisted unless noted otherwise. You may link to and quote from pages with attribution. Scripts you buy are covered by their license.

Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
